Having completed over 100 healing sessions, she has helped numerous clients achieve balance and harmony in their lives. Her approach combines empathy, mindfulness, and a deep understanding of energy healing to create personalised sessions that address physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

When I went to the sound bath [with Megan] I was stressed and overwhelmed as I am always so busy. I went into a deep relaxed state during the sound bath. When I left I felt very relaxed but tired. When I got home and went to bed, I slept great: it was as if I felt lighter.

You come in feeling tired and emotionally heavy, you're welcomed to the serene space with beautiful and thoughtfully laid out warm mats, blankets, and eye masks before being transported to the ethereal realms by Megan. I always leave feeling calm, peaceful and ready to sleep. The effects last for days.

Bray Wellness Studio offers an intimate, warm, and inviting environment to hold your small group or 1 to 1 classes and events.
Located in the Egan Business Center, we are convenient located off the M11 with ample free parking.
The studio comes equipped with yoga mats, bolsters, premium cozy wool mats, blankets, pillows and silk weighted eye pillows for up to 8 people available for use.
Your rental comes with the reasonable use of studio supplies, such as incense, palo santo, and room spray to set the mood.
